My question is, that I have signed up to Digg, Plurk, Twitter, Delicious, Stumble Upon, and Facebook. I have no idea how to use them to build traffic. Am I supposed to be posting to them everday? I have already linked to them on my site, but if people aren't coming to the site, it does me no good, right? I am feeling overwhelmed in traffic building in regards to social media. Any suggestions?
