Default My Traffic Strategies

I actually do something that everyone told me would not work. I set up a number of blogs and then link content between them all.

Now everyone will tell you duplicate content is bad however my posts are getting in page 1 or 2 after only a few days and staying there.

I do this with real estate and accommodation.

Do you really use the same content in all the blogs?

But you're not duplicating content are you? Or are you? I have multiple blogs and link between them all too - but each has a different topic and therefore different posts, although on occasion I might post similar posts on a couple of them.

If it's truely duplicate content, your pages will eventually end up in Google's supplemental index anyway. So PR won't count in the end

There is quite a debate about the impact of duplicate content, personally I try to make all my posts/articles/content "unique" so as to widen the reader appeal. SEO is good but I truly believe that if you focus on the reader then everything else will follow

I don't think you should copy the content...that's plagiarism! well if you like to do original content then create post with rich keywords that is related to your post and make sure that the content is informative (depends on the topic you want to post) so that visitors can make a good grasp on your site and find it interesting.

I strongly belief that the best strategy is to focus on the reader. Eventually, readers will realise the difference between copied contents and original contents, then the axe will fall in judgement. Unfortunately, you won't be there to explain to them why you embark on it to gain popularity.

Yaro's blog is a good example of a website that focus on the readers. Whenever I visit the site, i find it difficult to leave. I sometimes go into his archives to read posts that are more than 24months old!

If you interlink all those blogs it surprises me you are so successful. I'm told that Google can easily spot the fact that your blogs are all on the same IP-adress (if you host them with the same hosting company, which I assume you do), and if so Google wouldn't count those links.
