Hi guys, I'm getting this error often:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class wpdbbackup in /home/content/e/g/o/egobrain/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-db-backup/wp-db-backup.php on line 23

I had a similar error msg when I reactived adsense-deluxe

This seems to happen if I de-activate a plugin and later re-activate it.

My workaround has been to ftp in and delete the offending plugin

Is this recurring problem due to WP2 or maybe my host's implementation of php?
Am hosting on godaddy (cheap option) right now.

thanks

Hmm, never had that problem David, but it does sound like a question for the wordpress support team. Head to wordpress.org and post a query there if you keep having problems. Maybe have a look around first in case someone else has already posted about it previously and there may be a solution.

You could also try googling for it - just copy the error message into a google search and see what you get.

Thanks Yaro,

I seem to be getting along just ftp-ing in and deleting the offending plugin

I think it only happens when I activate one... then remove it

perhaps it's a godaddy thing...
thanks anyway
