Forming a blog team

I've had the idea to start a blog team for some time now. The idea is to jumpstart, re-start, or maintain momentum of your blog by working as a team.

Do you want some support to reach your goals?
Do you need to be motivated to work on your blog?
Could your blog need more exposure?
Would you like 5 sets of "eyes" on other fourms and following some top earners?
Do you like to help others?
