Hi Yaro – or other Gurus and Wizards

I am finally setting up my WordPress Blog here:
http://www.pratapengar.nu/wordblog/index.php

(In sub folder since it’s under construction.)

I like Yaro’s home page with the “windows” or “Modules” to organise the content.
Is this a WP theme?

Can anyone give me ideas about better organisation of the right column, maybe a table format?
