when i first started i did not use pictures at all. Then afterwhile i felt that i needed to add them to make it more appealing.
So yes its good to have them on your blog. |

I think it really does depend on what you are blogging about
Yes readers need something to break the monotony of just words on a page. But one of my blogs is in a niche that really does not lend itself well to pictures In this case I just used coloured fonts occasionally to break things up |
