RSS 4 Idiots!

Ok, I'm back... You have always come through in the clinches before so I hope you can explain RSS to me a bit better than the blogging videos did.

If I want people to be able to subscribe to an RSS feed of my blog, what steps, EXACTLY, do I have to complete? The RSS widget seems to be so that I can see others feeds on my blog but I don't know if I am even understanding that correctly. Do I have to sign up with someone like fileburner first or what?

I am trying to be as convienient as possible for my viewers and I'm absolutely stuck on this one.

I'd add an AWEBER opt-in list (feedburner/RSS subscriptions is NOT enough anymore!)

Up to 98% of blogging mentoring students are using AWEBER because it's the best. There's no other alternative like it
