Default Rocketpost anyone?

I recently spent a hundred bucks to buy a copy of Rockepost from Anconia. I'm wondering if anyone else has tried it as their editing software, or if you've tried something else.

I need to post directly to a Wordpress blog.

I'm having trouble keeping Rocketpost running and I'm still trying to figure that part out mostly on my own. Support from Anconia is almost non-existant!

Anyone thought of the new MS Word as a solution? They say it will post to Wordpress as well.

Have you looked into Performancing for FireFox? It's an offline blog editor that is pretty popular; they recently changed the name to ScribeFire.

I haven't tried this add-on yet, but I'll go find it.

Honestly, I like Rocketpost since I've been using the very-basic editor in Wordpress, but again, if I can't make Rocketpost work for whatever reason, it's a hundred bucks down the drain.

And I'm still cutting and pasting.

Thanks again.

Default Performancing

Maybe it's me, but after I installed the software and restarted the machine, nothing happened. Couldn't even find an icon for Performancing anywhere within Firefox or anywhere else.

What did I miss?

I had the same problem, but the ScribeFire/Performancing icon is at the bottom right of the Firefox window, it's a little pad with a pen or pencil next to it. Clicking on it opens a window at the bottom of Firefox where you can enter a blog post.

If it's not there you can manage the location of your add-ins from the Tools menu (I think, I have't got Firefox installed at my office so I can't confirm).

Default Found it

Found the icon although I haven't been able to make it post directly into Wordpress yet.

Gosh I love being a tech support guy.

Now if I can just get my money back from Anconia I'll be a happy guy!
