Help! Adding an audio player to my blog

Hi people,

I would love to add an audio player just like Yaro has on his blog and I have been searching for many audio player plugins. But I can't seem to get them on my blog after uploading the plugin to my admin area.
Any one who has ideas and can recommend good audio players just like the one Yaro uses in the right top of his blog?

The plugin that Yaro uses is no longer available, since it isn't really a plugin but was a standalone software that creates web widgets.
