I've upgraded all my blogs except Entrepreneur's Journey to WordPress 2.0 and on the surface it doesn't look much different. I don't like the new entry editor so I'm no using it but besides that it just appears to be good old stable WordPress.
I've read that 2.0 has really had some major changes "under the hood" so we can look forward to some great new plugins etc in the future. I can say one thing though, after using Typepad for SmallBusinessBranding.com for a while now I'm so happy to have almost finished moving the site to Wordpress - typepad is slow, clunky and painful to use.

Yeah, there's been a few glitches I am not a big fan of with WP 2.0 but on the whole seems all right. I did not even make it through one post with the WYSIWYG editor and went back to what I was used to.

Same with me Blaine, that editor is not helpful and really slowed down load times for me.

The upgrade broke my theme and most of my plugins, but all and all I would say WP2.0 was worth it.
From just a cursory look at the admin code it looks much improved, but I have not had time to actually try to customize it yet.

I just finished the upgrade of E-J and the only problem I had was some incompatibility of one plugin. Unfortunately that plugin happens to be the one that helps to run my sitemap feature so I will probably have to find an alternative solution.
