I know that if you wrote a blog on how to write reviews for blogs and article directories and using that to make money I certainly be interested in that. I suck at writing reviews and always seem to get wrong. So if I am having trouble then there others that are also having troubles.

So it seems you have found a good niche.

As for the name of the blog, I suggest that you content keyword rich. Something "reviewingblogs.com" or something of that nature. It will be better for your SEO.

I have spent the last little while figuring out how to start my blog. I'm actually younger than the official age to get a credit card. As I said, I can't use PayPal now that I figured out that I can't even buy any programs. And without the money what's the use of the blog?
If anyone could help me with this, check out my latest post, called Contest! which is the link right above. That's my blog about just randomness. What I'm thinking is to start a blog via Wordpress.com and think of a good domain kind of thing.
Then, I think I'm going to start Email Marketing. I'll have like 1 post, and then I'll ask people to give me me their Email Address and Their First Name. The only place where I'd blog would be Twitter.
What do you guys think?
