Hey guys, I'd just like to say, for 1 thing, that after reading Yaro's "Blog Profits Blueprint" I got to the area about "Let's Talk Tactics." I e-mailed him about my topic before I started to read the blueprint. I was thinking about doing a blog website like Yaro and Gideon (Shalwick) but then when Yaro said "See what other bloggers are writing about and enjoying success with and start a blog that covers a sub-niche of their topic. An example of this is the topic “search engines”, which can be sub-divided into blogs about each search engine – Google, Yahoo, MSN Search, etc. All markets break down into smaller niches if there is enough demand, with each new area catered to by a more specialized provider. There’s no reason why you can’t start a blog that is the best on just one aspect of a topic. - Instead of “Cooking” you can cover “Tibetan Cooking” - Instead of “Cars” you can cover “BMWs” - Instead of “Fashion” you cover “Shoes” Most topics can be broken down over and over into ever smaller niches (for example, from “Fashion”, to “Shoes” to “Shoelaces”). If it seems every topic you currently know something about is covered by other bloggers, pick one aspect of the topic and make the best blog there is about just that aspect." I thought of breaking down blogging. ![]() I was thinking of great blogging courses, and blogging "equipment." I could blog about reviews for hours! I think it's a great idea. I hope that this is a good topic, please reply with your opinion... But..then again. It' would be full of reviews. Maybe I could add a small "tips" area. Also, I need a way to earn $10 a year! I'm poor..I need $10 a year via Paypal. I'm thinking of using another program like Adsense, but I don't think I'd have enough traffic for that. Help! Please and Thank you. |

I like the idea of the topic of how to write good blog reviews - in particular if you focused on how to make money writing reviews for blogs. You could focus on that niche, if you have indeed made money writing reviews.

I'm now planning to cover 2 smaller topics, reviewing products as my affiliate programs, and how to make money by writing reviews for other programs. I don't know if i should call my site:blognecessities (.org or .com) or.. bloggingaffiliates (.org or .com) I'm not a very creative thinker in that sense, so if you have any suggestions, please reply. |

Sounds like you have a good sub-niche going on there. Don't let the idea die, keep pursuing it.
Tip for names: Choose a blog/domain name based on popular search terms. A good friend of mine, when he made his blog/podcast, called it "Internet Business Mastery". You can just see it dripping with popularity, and that it is. He has been interviewed for newspapers, he ranks the top for his search terms. Play around with name possibilities till you find one that fits. Tip for monetizing: You could make it a "premium blog" where a person has to pay for access to it. Just a thought. |

If you find it interesting and can blog about it daily then go for it!
