I've separated the Small Business Branding account on to wordpress (www.smallbusinessbranding.com) which leaves me with a typepad version of the site at http://smallbusinessbranding.typepad.com
The typepad site is really of no use to me. I slapped some AdSense all over it so it will be doing something but I won't be working on the site. I have left a post telling everyone that the updated version of the site is at the smallbusinessbranding.com domain. The thing is the typepad domain has a PageRank 6 and over 20,000 yahoo registered backlinks and over 700 in google. These are pretty good numbers and take a long time to accumulate. Plus it means there will always be a steady small stream of traffic coming to the site. I'm thinking of rather than letting it sit there maybe someone would want to buy it because it could make a great site for use with niche/AIS sites to get them indexed (and give them good backlinks) or even to keep it running as a blog. Is anyone interested?
