help!

I'm writing this post concerning the topic you people know most about- blogging.
In the past 6 months I was researching web to find some ideas, and to find and inspiration for one of these 2- web site or blog.
After long search I started to consider blogging as a way of communicating in cyber world and a way of expressing personal thoughts, believes and experiences. But saying all of this, I have a lot of concerns should I start a blog or not and there are the reasons:
1. I'm 20 years of age and there for I think lake of personal and life experience can be a drag for writing a blog.
2. I have no idea on what topic to write about, since I'm young, I don't have area where I can call myself an expert, and where I can be called proper authority. All of my insights are all over the place, but I can define only 2 things that I can possibly talk about- Swimming and Anime.
- Swimming- I am a swimmer for more than 15 years now, and it is inseparable part of my life, but as swimming is academic sport, I have feeling, that talking about it, and especially because I am so young and don;t have proper results to back me up, it can't be a good topic to talk about. Only success I had with swimming is getting athletic scholarship in the US.
-Anime- cartoons, maybe little bit childish, but market is open. My concern is that I like to watch those shows, but don;t know what to write about it.
After all of this little introduction, I ask of you to help me. I come from a country where not a lot of chances are given, so I needed to build them for myself. I see blogging as a chance to maybe in future make a living from it, but concerns that I mentioned, are kind of scaring me.

I've been blogging for the past 3 years, and I just turned 20 this year. Age DOES NOT MATTER in this realm. You'd be surprised how many people our age are in here...

You already have your blogging topic. Swimming. Its the love of your life and you have been doing it for many years. Many people I know, including myself, started blogging because we are passionate about *insert topic here*. We just had a love for it and wanted to share it with the world. We didn't do it because we were experts, far from it, but we had a love for it that trumped everything else. The world found us, and it grew from there.

You have a bright future in this area, take action and start sharing your passion with the world. The world will find you and come to you.

Thank you for your response.... only thing left to do is to start it up The greatest thing I heard about blogging is that I can actually enjoy writing and earn some additional cash along the way....
I don't want to say I am starting a blog because of money but in next period I want to get there.

That is very true, follow your passion and the money will follow.

And now that you know what to do, get started down that path. It gets better as time goes along.

A question I pose to you, what is it about swimming that you love the most? Is it the training involved? Is there a sub-topic that interests you more than swimming as a whole? Try to create a blog around that. You might have a decent following in that sub-topic that could be waiting for your blog...

We would be interested in reading your blog as soon as you are able to come out with it, keep us posted!

1. To give some insight to beginners
2. Try to populate swimming, just a little bit
3. To decide who to target- beginners or competitors
4. To give some training proposals and try to implement swimming in everyday life
5. Try to explain life of a swimmer
6. Try to explain how healthy swimming is....
