How to add a "Add to Favourite" button?

I wish to add a "Add my blog to your favourites" button in my blog.

How do i do it?
Is there a widget that does this?

Yup, there are plugins you can use. Might I suggest "ShareThis" in the plugins directory?

but i think that plug in is for sharing your blog article with facebook, digg etc members?

Does it add your website to the Internet Explorer favourites list?

No, but the way the web is moving these days, people are not saving websites in their IE favorites list. It's out there on the web for them to access anytime they need it.
