What is the best Social Bookmarking site to use?

Hi All,

Just trying to get more traffic to my blog and I have read different views on the benefits Social Bookmarking.
Can anyone please advise if using social bookmarking is a good idea, and if so which sites are the best to use.

Currently and for quite a while Twitter has been at the very top, its easy to use so I would get a Twitter account and start.
