Blogger to Wordpress migration

Hello,

I have a blog that is in hosted at blogspot.com. I'd like some help to migrate it to the Wordpress platform, register a domain name, and then host it onto it

Is there someone who can help out? If s/he can teach me how to set it up myself, or even do the job for me, that'd be perfect!
