New player in the sandbox

Hi everyone. I'm Karen.
I've been blogging for about a year and regularly reading Yaro's newsletters. Over the last few months I've been playing with some of his ideas and now I want to try and get serious to see where it takes me.

My blog is mainly directed towards people who are into scrapbooking. And I've started running a series of blogging tips aimed at those who are not really serious enough about blogging to read blogs like Yaro's.

I haven't actually started to try to monetize it yet. I'm looking forward to an interesting journey.

Love your blog Karen. I was teaching a couple of ladies a few months ago how to use Wordpress and one of them is into scrapbooking - I'm going to tell her about your blog!

Thanks a lot for the welcome Kathie. I've been in the program a couple of weeks but a lot has been going on in my life during that time so I haven't got involved in the forums to date. I want to change that now so I'm enjoying exploring some of the threads.

I appreciate your comments on my blog and I'm off to check yours out now.
