Yaro, I was wondering how do you go about looking for a programmer? I was going to ask this as a comment on your last post about Butterfly Marketing but thought to put the question here instead. And if anyone else has a good answer feel free to jump in as well.

I found all my programmers through connections with friends.
You can try outsourcing sites or advertise at your local university for student programmers.

Hi Carlos,
You can try rentacoder.com if you plan to take the online router. Depending on where you are geographically located, Craigslist.org is a good place to post your requirements. Another good way is to post on this bulletin board. There are 1000+ members. There are bound to be programmers here. I am a programmer myself. What are your requirements. Maybe I can help you, or refer you to someone I know who meet your requirements.
