Internet Business in Australia

I'm interested in living/studying/working in Australia. I currently work as a Web Developer for an Internet Marketing company in the US, I also do affiliate marketing and freelance on the side. Want to start traveling and learn about internet business globally at the same time.

Where should I start? Is there a curriculum for internet business at one of the universities? Internship programs? Go to another country? Just travel there and do independent research (was planning on this in any case)?

Any help is appreciated.

I'm not in the industry so don't know about those kinds of opportunities.

But so far as I know there are no internet curricula at the universities here.

My impression is that the industry pretty much works on personal contact - but they do seem friendly.
