Are any other enrolled students having a problem with passwords for logging into the forums. I was using the forums earlier today, then about an hour later I tried logging in again and the system told me that my password was wrong.
I re-entered it, and it still didn't work. Then I changed my password, and it still won't let me log in. What's up with passwords? Any ideas? Mike |

Mike:
I've had similar issues, but found if I re-enter the user name/password several times it will work. Sometimes I have to do that up to ten times. If it continues to not work, I would send a note to the support folks. They have been very helpful in the past. Best of luck. Mike (a great name!!)

Mike,
Thanks for your response. I did send a note to support. They sent back a reply with a video by Yaro. After watching the video, I got it to work correctly. I always wanted an Ed.D. or Ph.D. after my name. But I called it quits after two master of arts degrees. Burnout had set in severely, but statistics was actually what killed a doctorate for me. I couldn't get passed that barrier. Thanks, again, Mike |

Hi Mike and Mike,
I found that trying to type in the correct password or trying to remember the password for a particular site is a real bind. To solve this challenge I use a piece of software called RoboForm. The free version allows you to save 10 passwords. The pro version allows you to save as many passwords as you need. For $29.95 it has saved me many a time. Check it out here Guy's traxashore.com/blog/roboform.html and I hope it can save you as much as it has saved me. Cheers Peter |
