You may have seen my profile. Though, I am not net savvy, my picks on the net have been limited to my pursuit of technical information help me develop my own invention.

Yes, I have invented a new vacuum filtration system. My efforts of last five years have resulted in to a working prototype undergoing actual production trials. The Indian Patent Office will be granting me Indian patent shortly. The World Intellectual Property Organization has recently issued affirmative IPRP (International Preliminary Report on Patentability). I have to now start filing patent applications in the individual countries of my interest.

Sir, you have carved out a niche for you and understand how difficult it is for a lone pathfinder. I am now embarking on commercial launching of the new system here in India. I need funds to kick start my new business venture. Being individual independent inventor I do not have the corporate muscle and might to go global. I have therefore, decided to auction my IPR for countries other than India.

The success story of “Oneredpaperclip” published in this months RD here in India inspires me to take this “Blog” route. I need to know the Cyber Laws and Modus Operandi in the global perspective.
