How and what software do you use to make this image? You create e-books but have an image that looks like a real book...

This is the industry standard:

Cover Action Pro™ - Ebook Cover Software

Not sure if Yaro uses that or just hires somebody who has it and that can make the cover for him.

I used Nate and his team from Unique Blog Designs for that design.

In the past I used Untitled Document, bannersmall.com and contract designers.
