2007 Renegade Real Estate Warrior of the Year

Has anyone heard about this contest called “2007 Renegade Real Estate Warrior of the Year” – apparently over 50 speakers from the Real Estate Investor-world are putting on seminars to talk about their style and type of investing strategies, along with great deals on their product. They have some big names like Ron Legrand and Michael Gerber on the list to speak. Seems pretty cool and informative…

I, for one, will never again spend a dime on real estate investing seminars. As a matter of fact, I just passed up the opportunity to spend $700-800 on a travel business seminar this last weekend. I think I've spent enough thousands of dollars listening to other people tell me how much money they made.

Trust me - when I'm a millionaire I will NOT be wasting my time helping thousands of other people become my competitors so they can run me out of business. Think about it....
