Tim Ferris mention this in his book: Get Publicity with PR Leads; Marketing Publication and Press Publicity

Has anyone tried them? $99 a month seems pretty expensive.

Well, good publicity can be worth it's weight in gold. I don't know anything about this particular program, but what if it got you press in the Washington Post or NY Times? Then it would be worth $99 a month.

Again, I don't know about the program itself, just saying that the power of publicity is worth a lot.

I think you need to be an authority on a subject to get most benefit. Like Yaro or Darren Rowse is for blogging and making money with blogs.

Often though, online newspapers don't link out. But I am sure it is a good way to build credibility.

I think that people who do a couple of stories, it tends to have a snowball effect. Tim Ferris is a good example of this.
