Article Underground vs PLRPro

I am seeking some trusted opinions to this. One question is 'themed'
articles or not. If a person desired to build a group of high quality
content sites, would he be better off using themed articles?

And what strategies could be employed with either? Does one provide
better quality articles than the other?

With goals of building long term 'authority' sites, are there other options
which should be considered?

Hi Cowboy - this is not my area so i can't really help out but I know we have some users here who are article underground subscribers. Hopefully they will pop in with some feedback for you.

I am not a member of either.
I have looked at Article Underground and it looks like a very good system. AU's advantage is the blogs to post published articles on and help get your sites indexed.
Aitch (who posts here) uses them and he seems to be doing ok from what I understand.

I have not heard of PLRpro.

The real trick is actually doing the work and not reading online about it. Just do it.

Thanks JamesET...I do partically agree with your 'just do it'. However, I am trying to get started taking the best possible avenue. And avoid having to 're-do it'.

Was kinda hoping Aitch would show up with his take on the situation.

Nice review chrismc. I think you may do better if you do not use the word scheme when you describe it. That tends to be a word with negative conatations. Not being a member, I do not think A
U is a scheme.
Nice to see a personal review of AU.

Thanks for the feedback, James. I've slightly reworded things to remove 'scheme'.

Sorry for the late response guys but I’ve been taking a few days off from it all to recharge the batteries. I’m still on a go-slow until after the weekend.

Building ‘niche’ content-rich sites for AdSense of affiliate sales etc, is a bandwagon that so many are jumping onto these days. There’s some smart marketing going on by seasoned professionals and to be honest it can be quite overwhelming to say the least. Even I’m overwhelmed and halfway tempted by some of the stuff that keeps popping up, which all promises new and better ways of building and promoting sites or enhancing those you already have.

The bottom line is to keep it simple as possible, (especially in the beginning), and DON’T SPEND MONEY UNNECESSARILY. It’s important to read reviews, but as always, it’s also important to be aware of self promotion tactics.

AU is great and I’m over the moon to have found it when I did, but I’m not saying it’s better or worse than anything else out there. It simply works if you work it and I can vouch for that. I was a member of Keyword Avalanche (KA), but lost interest in the idea of building spammy sites. Nevertheless, folks do make good money doing that and many newcomers to the game still choose to go down that route.

Longevity, and spam proof websites suited me better and even KA have now launched a white-hat, article-rich system into their membership.

Cowboy, sorry but I have no personal experience of PLRPro, so it would be unfair of me to make a judgment or comparison of it.

There’s another new program recently launched that comes with 50 educational videos and boasts fantastic results from AdSense for those that follow their tutorial. At $2,000 (soon to be $3,000 I think) and a steep leaning curve, I won’t be getting my credit card out to test their system. I have enough to be going on with without complicating and tampering with what seems to be working fine as it is.

Btw, this new system is called the AdSense Wealth Empire It has smart marketing and convincing video promotion. It’s not old enough yet to get any ‘real’ reviews but it is getting some hardcore endorsement from other Gurus as they slip their affiliate links in with their newsletters. Personally, I think that a product/service at this price should be promoted only by those that have tried and tested its success.

CONCLUSION

As James said, it’s deciding what you want to do and then just do it. A little research is very important but micro analysing can sometimes result in confusing and inaction.

Let me know if there’s anything else you would like info on and I’ll help if I can. Response may be a little slower until after the weekend but I will be checking in at some point nonetheless.

Aitch
