Smile At that juncture...

Hi all,

My main blog is a network of console gaming sites called GameFlavor.com. I've followed some of Yaro's musings as I discovered we both had a similar journey. Yaro once did a piece which was very useful. One was about outsourcing and revenue sharing, of which I tried, the other was on bringing on extra key staff.

Right now, I'm at the point where I cannot physically maintain the Blog myself. I just don't know how I survived last year, even getting RSI for the first time. I have a pretty good team, but the network still needs attention to keep them motivated and drive the sites. So I've decided to bring on key staff in the form of an Editor, a Sales/New Business Developer, and a webmaster. Essentially, all the roles I was fulfilling myself. Now currently, I am only offering revenue share to the writers, since we're on a tight budget, what kind of remuneration package could I offer the key staff. I foresee eventually taking on two people, one person becoming Editor/Sales the other Webmaster.

Many thanks for listening and I look forward to your suggestions.

Paul
