I've been using TEs for several months and I'm just wondering If all the clicking is worth the effort. If it is then which ones are the best? Can someone help me?

In order to make the best decision for you, several factors need to be considered.

Instead of only looking for traffic exchange you can exchange few other things too and it will get you the desired results like banner exchange and so on. You know the drill.
