If you are keen to buy or sell websites and blogs these forums are good places to watch every day. Now and then a really good bargain pops up so make sure if you are serious that you keep a careful lookout or you may miss a deal.

Yes I agree. I heard Stephen Pierce recommending sitepoint last night, and also Ed Dale is a raving fan of site point in his series dominiche.

Its easy to buy and sell - the hard part is finding and applying a strict set of criteria so you enure you get a great buy... A bit like real estate investing and ebaying combined.

Buying and Selling: Websites is a great idea but be very careful. There are a lot of hidden landmines out there. Be sure to check out every asset of said site thoroughly. A good site to B & S is Sedo.com; they do some background info but not a great deal.Be real careful especially as to the true owner of said site and real traffic counts (hits or uniques).I've actually found some good sites on ebay but that is double jeapordy for most.
