New Signup Box Conversion rate

I was interested to know how your conversion rate is going for the new floating signup box you added to entrepreneurs-journey.com.

I noticed Aaron Wall using this one too and he hasn't taken it down for a while, so I assume the conversion rate must be pretty good.

I've been trying it out on my site as well and have noticed a stark difference. More people are signing up for it when it is a lightbox rather than a form on the side of a page.
