The Concept: Over the years I've spent so much time searching for the answers to tech-related questions, that I figured I'd record them all in one place to make them easier to find. Easier for me. Easier for you. Hardware. Software. Windows. Linux. Mac. Whatever. Generally it's about making technology do what the hell you want it to do without giving you any drama.

If you USE technology (and how could you be reading this if you didn't) then eventually you'll find yourself typing some cryptic error message into Google in hopes that somebody out there has seen it before and knows how to solve it. And then you might find yourself on Technowledgebase, reading about how I solved your problem.

Yeah, I know this is an ultra-broad topic, but I plan to give it a go for a few months and see which topics get the most traction... then maybe I'll specialize.

I just started around the middle of June, and as of now, my traffic is officially abysmal. 5 unique visitors a day, not counting the spiders. But then, I have done absolutely nothing to promote the blog and have no incoming links. I plan to start working on that this month... beginning with the post you're reading right now.
