When creating the permalink or article title, what should you be aiming to accomplish?

My philosophy has just to do the best I can to "describe" what the article is about in a few short words and let it almost act like a sentence.

Recently I heared though that you should try to use the word(s) you are trying to optimize on in the title as well, even if it doesn't occur or have anything to do with what the article is about.

For instance, I want to be known for "CRJ200" ultimately. But if I'm writing an article on "how to be a good captain" should the link look like this

"how-to-be-good-captain-crj200.html" or just "how-to-be-good-captain.html"?

Any thoughts? Thanks...

I'd stick to how to be a good captian and leave crj200 off, but then again I don't know what a crj200 is.

This a good idea in starting to build traffic but there are important to be considered before you can build traffic..ex. using of of the right KW in your site...And there are some strategy you can use like blog commenting, joining in a forum and social media networking..in that way you can build traffic to your site..
