Where To Start Building Traffic?

Yaro, what is your opinion as regards Entrecard? A lot of people consider the traffic it generates as junk traffic, what is your personal position on this?

This question was not meant for me but still I will answer it. I think entrecard traffic is not that good as everyone is just looking to drop a card. But if you have great content to go with it. Then it catches the eye of the visitor and he or she might bookmark your site for future reference.

My question is, that I have signed up to Digg, Plurk, Twitter, Delicious, Stumble Upon, and Facebook. I have no idea how to use them to build traffic. Am I supposed to be posting to them everday?
