First thing you need to do is provide good content that is worth linking to.

Then concentrate on creating more good content that is worth linking to.

Tell a few people about it, and hopefully they'll like the content. Build a readership.

Personally, I rarely look at page rank. It is a meaningless number that has lost almost all of the authority that it once had. Google treats it as a joke so I don't see why I shouldn't as well.

Hi there,

Hey bro! You get Page Rank by having backward links from other website pages that have a higher PR rating than your site page. You can also improve it by including Quality content.

Default Increase GPR

Personally, I used to fret about it now I don't give a crap. I have been Blogging for five years with a Google Blogger account and my GPR has been as high as 5 and is now at a 3.

I REALLY don't care. I have several thousand subscribers, very high traffic, and I have been page 1 number 1, 2 & 3 for all of my keyword terms for six months or better. I'm considered an expert in my field by my peers and readers.

Same with Alexa, I don't think any of it matters. It is about the SERPS as far as I am concerned. I get new subscribers every day.

Now in keeping with Yaro's Class #1 instructions I have purchased the domains with the same names for two sites, that will be minus the dot blogger extension. I'm going to migrate everything over to WP as soon as I can find instruction on how to do that.

I'm pretty good with WP now after setting up a few dozen WP sites this year. Damn though, I hate to think about how much work I'm going to have to go through to contact all my links in people and have them redirect.

Oh, that's another thing about the shitty Google Tool Bar ranking gadget. It says my GPR is 3 and my Links in are "2." What a friggin joke! I have over 850 good quality links in, all organic, none from any spammy link directories. My content is excellent in the field I am in and I get hired to do very high end writing for some major companies now. It all came from these two Blogs.

Google can go the H. as far as I care. Show me the money!

PR has lots its significane that it used to have.Today there is no relation between a website's PR ranking and its search result ranking which is more important .One can see easily websites that have very good PR but gets defeated for all its important keywords from a website having moderate or low PR.

PR is totally dependant on backlinks. So PR is not that important as SERP's

Yes SERPs are also related to Backlinks but then you can get some relevant backlinks and choose good keywords for your site. In end all that matters is traffic and with traffic everything else is always easy.

Advanced Web Ranking is a search engine ranking software that emulates a
manual search through each search engine. It works exactly like if we were
manually checking our keywords ranking position via a browser. This way,
Advanced Web Ranking is able to produce reliable and accurate website
positioning reports.

congrtulations, Rich. being an expert in one field is definetly the good way of making money ei? by the way, being good at Page rank doesn't mean you have a good ranking for particular keywords. it's really a myth. Google ranks your site by determining if you include the words you want to be found on your site copy, and also if other webmasters reference (link with) your site using your keywords you wish to be ranked good.

I think you can watch the video which Google search engineer, Matt cutt explain briefly on how you should rank your website at:

How to structure a site?

4. Optimize inbound links and proper navigations
5. Create Sitemap.html and sitemap.xml and RSS feed
6. Start promoting ur website in good PR sites and increase the backlinks of ur site
7. Submit ur site in top Social bookmarking site and top search engines.
8. Regularly update ur web site on site which will help u to increase the PR as Google crawl ur site frequently in a week
9. It is advisable to host ur website in dedicated IP rather than Shared IP.
10. Start promotions of ur site in Press realeses, blogs, articles, directories and many more links exchange portals...
