Google Enhanced Image Search?

just checked my google sitemaps stats for my hawaii blog and came across 'enhanced image search'. didn't enable it yet but first wanted to hear what you guys have to say.

could be a good thing for me because i have all kinds of hawaii photos and hawaiian girls on my blog and i might just benefit from adding special image labels?!
