What's up,
Im from the states and currently own/run an online radio station. I came across this site a few weeks ago while searching for online branding resources. Although we're not in the same line of business really, the blog has helped motivate me. My radio station has been running for almost a month now and I have to admit, it's a VERY hard business to break into. Im going to give it about a year though because I know it takes time to grow any business much less a radio station. The station is on 24 hour a day 7 days a week and plays independent hip hop music. I also have a few live shows that take place through out the week. www.bossmanradio.com

I took a look at your site... not bad for someone who's just getting started. Very good looking design. I'm interested in hearing how you got started, capital, advertising revenue(if any), etc... Do you have your own equipment, studio, etc.? Don't mean to sound nosy... just interested in learning how you got started, what your future plans are, where you want to take this. Best of luck.
