unable to view case study video's

I click on the large (or small) link and it opens up and shows a pic of Screencast. I then click on arrow to play it. The page disappears and the I get the loading picture with the sweeping ball. Then nothing. Just nothing happens. I tried the ipod version, which goes into itunes and I load onto my ipod. I can't even see the ipod view. Can anyone help? Am I doing this right?

If you are still having issues with the video, please lodge a helpdesk ticket. It sounds like it might just be a temporary problem, so try again.
